Outer Pass is a track introduced in Ridge Racer V.
This course basically takes you through the exact same locales as Seaside Route 765, following almost exactly the same route. Outer Pass is a bit longer though with a longer bit of roadway running along the ocean.
You start the course from the lowered part of the freeway in central Ridge City, in Trading Square and ascend a small hill at the starting line that will take you through the left side of the tunnel that exits the Central Arcade. Down this left route through the tunnel you'll take the alternate way (the outer pass) through Mount Valley. At the bay you'll follow the coast through the entire length of the quaint Sunny Beach area and then turn back inland, back towards downtown. The last corner before the straightaway to the finish line descends down a ramp, back onto the lowered freeway.
